Casey brings more than a decade of experience as a dietitian, along with a background that truly sets her apart. In addition to her clinical training, she is also a certified professional coach, yoga teacher, TEDx speaker and published author.

Her coaching experience allows her to ask meaningful questions, helping uncover the deeper patterns and challenges that influence your health. Her yoga training supports her ability to slow things down, listen fully, and create a space where you feel heard and supported.
Casey’s work is client-centered. She is known for her ability to listen and ask questions—to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect, wherever you are in your journey. She’s less focused on prescribing quick fixes, and more focused on helping you build a sustainable, empowered relationship with your health.
